We work hard to help those who need us
For over five years the Good Life Project has utilised therapeutic horticulture to deliver a high-quality intervention to help isolated and inactive individuals with mild to moderate mental health conditions improve their confidence, skills and well-being and integrate them into their local community. For many, Good Life provides that vital, safe and secure first step to help integration back into society.
“We are committed to changing lives through therapeutic horticulture.”
